ABOUT THE PR/HCCPC

Founded in 2007 

The PR/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Polk County , better known as the PRHCCPC launched itself to the growing Hispanic population of Polk County back in the Summer of 2007 to an audience of 67 attendees in The Lakeland Public Library. As Polk County with its Hispanic population grew,

so did our organization. We are a Non-Profit 501 C (6)

Our goal was to bring the growing Hispanic and Non Hispanic communities to our county and share in its unbelievable growth. So we helped, mentored and delivered on our goal along with the inspiration of our mantra : 

Community , Culture and Commerce! And so we did very successfully. In every corner of our county you're seeing new Hispanic inspired businesses such as : restaurants , shopping centers , supermarkets, flea markets , barbershops/salons , daycare centers , medical clinics , clubs etc.!

Now we look to expand our horizons and our county's borders by exercising our mantra with other growing communities. Looking to service our demographic throughout the I-4 Corridor and sharing this growth with those who believe in our mantra. We are looking forward to assisting everyone who wishes to connect

with this community of business and non business owners.
